How to order

Here at The Bear Essentials, we like to offer a very personal service as choosing the right bear is something we like to be involved in from the start whether it is a wedding gift or the adding to an existing collection.

All photographs shown are a guideline as each bear is handmade and unique, therefore we like to advise you on the different mohair fabrics available in various sparseness and colours, for you to choose from. We can also provide samples if necessary. 

To order your bear please contact us via the below details.

Post and packaging is charged dependent on size of the bear, delivery charges start from £4.95, and will be dispatched within 28 days of your initial order, unless otherwise stated when placing your order.

Delivery on the Isle of Wight is free.

These bears are collector editions and are not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Payment

We accept cheques and payments via PayPal, please contact us for more details.

Returns

If for any reason, you feel that a bear you have purchased is not for you or has been damaged in transit, we do offer a 28 day full refund on collection of the bear in its dispatched condition. Any refunds will be made in the same way as the initial received payment.

Your details

The Bear Essentials would never share any customer information with third party companies. Please do let us know if you would not like to hear from us regarding new collections, limited edition bears or other information from The Bear Essentials.
